MARRIAGE MINISTRY

The marriage ministry of Salt Church (in partnership with Grace Marriage) exists to help couples intentionally invest in their relationships and live out God's design for marriage. It's a 1-year discipleship pathway, with four quarterly meetings. Each session focuses on key areas that build oneness and connection.

Common Questions

WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM COST?

The price is $189 per couple for the calendar year. This cost includes the curriculum and access to the Grace Marriage online resources.

IS CHILDCARE PROVIDED?

Yes! Childcare will be provided, so please tell us if you plan to bring your kids or not when you register.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Each Saturday will be a combination of video teaching, small group discussion, and one-on-one discussion with your spouse. The Grace Marriage content covers three core rhythms each session (Gratitude, Investment, and Connection), and adds three core lessons per session (example: grace, physical intimacy, finances). The three core rhtyhms remain consistent throughout the year. The three core lessons will be different each session.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS FOR ME?

Think of this material as more of a routine maintenance on your car (oil change), not corrective maintenance (transmission and engine failure). This means the curriculum is geared toward marriages seeking to move from good to great, not those in crisis. This is by no means considered "marriage counseling," so please reach out to us directly if that's what you're looking for instead.

DOES MY SPOUSE NEED TO ATTEND WITH ME?

Yes! Much of the sessions center around 1:1 discussions with your spouse or group discussions with different couples. We listed the dates above so you can plan out your annual calendar surrounding these four events.

WHAT HAPPENS IN BETWEEN SESSIONS?

The beauty of the Grace Marriage curriculum is that you're given a year-long workbook that gives weekly discussion touchpoints to have with your spouse as well as frequent challenges to keep your marriage thriving. You will also be assigned to a "Faciliator Couple" during the session who is responsible to check in with you every couple weeks.
